Paper on governments as strategists published in Global Strategy Journal

The Global Strategy Journal published a joint paper with Ari van Assche (of HEC Montreal). In this paper, we argue that we need to consider the incentives and strategies of governments as well as firms to understand corporate strategy. We suggest that established theories (in global strategy) have a blind spot when it comes to the government side, and that they therefore provide biased predictions.
